Zhuzhou Best Carbide Co., Ltd. is located on Changjiang South Road, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. Zhuzhou is the most important cemented carbide production base in China and the world, with a complete industrial chain from raw materials to finished products and deep technical expertise.

Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the business philosophy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme", continuously introducing advanced production equipment and technical talent. Currently, the company has full-process production capabilities including powder preparation, pressing, sintering, and precision machining. We produce carbide rods, plates, drawing dies, cold forging dies, CNC inserts, mining buttons, rotary burrs, brazed inserts, woodworking tools, valve balls and seats, and other comprehensive product lines.

In terms of quality management, the company has established a complete ISO9001 quality management system. From incoming inspection, process control to finished product testing, every link has strict standards and records. The company is equipped with hardness testers, density meters, metallographic microscopes, bending strength testers, and other full sets of testing equipment to ensure 100% qualified products before shipment.

Technology & R&D

Technological innovation is the core driving force for Best Carbide's sustainable development. The company invests heavily every year in new product development, process improvement, and talent acquisition. Currently, we have made breakthroughs in ultra-fine grain carbide, nano-composite coatings, and special-shaped precision machining.

Our R&D team consists of professionals with backgrounds in powder metallurgy, materials science, and mechanical engineering, possessing rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The team maintains close cooperation with Central South University Powder Metallurgy Research Institute and Hunan University of Technology, continuously transforming the latest scientific achievements into productivity.

In sintering technology, we have introduced new low-pressure sintering furnaces. Compared with traditional sintering, product density is improved by 2-3%, grain growth is effectively suppressed, and product consistency is significantly enhanced — especially for ultra-fine grain (below 0.4 um) products.

Quality Control

Quality is the lifeline of Best Carbide. We build a comprehensive quality assurance system from the following aspects:

Raw Material Control: All tungsten carbide powders come from well-known domestic suppliers. Each batch is strictly tested for chemical composition, particle size distribution, and oxygen content. Non-conforming materials are firmly rejected.

Process Control: Key processes such as pressing, sintering, and machining have detailed work instructions and process parameter records. Critical dimensions are 100% inspected.

Final Inspection: All finished products must pass hardness, density, and dimensional accuracy tests before warehousing and shipping. For customers with special requirements, we also provide in-depth test reports including metallographic structure, bending strength, and coercive force.
